I had hobbies, interests, coached, and was married 6.5 years... the second I was cut open and he was ripped out of me (because I didnt push him outta my hoo ha) I didn't know who i was.... I didn't know if I loved those hobbies anymore... I quit coaching... I had to rediscover what brings me joy and what interests I had as a "new" me... still working on this.
