Recipe below ⬇️ Ingredients: (Servings 4-5) For the steak: * 1½ lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite size cubes * 1 tbsp olive oil * 1½ tsp Cajun seasoning * 1 tsp smoked paprika * 1 tsp garlic powder * ½ tsp onion powder * Salt & cracked black pepper * 2 tbsp butter * 3 garlic cloves, minced For the creamy Cajun shells: * 12 oz medium pasta shells * 2 tbsp butter * 4 garlic cloves, minced * 1½ cups heavy cream * ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan * ½ cup shredded mozzarella * 1-1½ tsp Cajun seasoning * ½ tsp smoked paprika * ½ cup reserved pasta water * Salt & pepper to taste For finishing: * Fresh chopped parsley * Freshly grated Parmesan * Cracked black pepper * Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes Directions: 1. Cook the shells: Boil the pasta in generously salted water until just al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain. 2. Get a serious crust on the steak: Pat the steak completely dry. Toss with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a cast iron or skillet over medium high heat. Add the steak in a single layer without overcrowding. Sear for about 2 minutes before flipping, then cook another 1-2 minutes. Add butter and minced garlic during the final minute and toss until the steak is glossy and coated. Transfer the steak to a plate. 3. Make the Cajun cream sauce: Lower the heat to medium. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in the same skillet and sauté the garlic for about 30 seconds. Pour in the heavy cream and season with Cajun seasoning and smoked paprika. Simmer gently for 2-3 minutes. Reduce the heat and gradually stir in Parmesan and mozzarella until you have a thick, silky sauce. 4. Make it extra creamy: Add the pasta shells and toss until every shell is coated. Add splashes of reserved pasta water until the sauce is glossy and flows easily between the shells. 5. Bring back the steak: Pile the garlic butter steak bites over the creamy shells and spoon some of the sauce around them. Finish with Parmesan, parsley and cracked black pepper. Enjoy! 😊 #TikTokCreatorSearchInsightsIncentive #fastdinnerideas #DinnerIdeas #EasyRecipe #quickmeals
