I used to live with this mentality and ended up with no friends. truth is people won't think of you if you're not part of their core friend group. you have to put yourself out there to make that friend group. if you're excluded from your core friend group......that's a different story.

I learned this in highschool i had fear of being seen alone soo i was in a group where people didn't really cared for me, I left this group, and it was one of the best decisions because was when i started respecting myself and let people know that i'm deserving of respect

Sometimes people don’t invite not because they don’t want you there, but because they think you aren’t interested in that activity. Like I show a past dislike of a thing so I don’t get invited to that specific kind of thing anymore. Usually that’s fine by me though!
