every sag I know appreciates all forms of kindness. The only time they may not is more to do with their already set plan; they will do the thing their way, bc they are excited, creative, and know what they want "you don't need to make me something, I have a plan to make this specific thing I already know I want and I can't wait!" 😂. but... a Virgo, Libra, Taurus sometimes a Gemini, depending on the house it's in, is honest in this way sometimes. They will sometimes just outright tell you they don't want something, but they wouldn't turn down a kid or someone they don't know (if they are a kind/healed version of themselves), bc they don't want what they get to be unused bc that feels wrong to them; or it feels like a lie to express that they like it or want it; will feel worse for having it, ad 2 years down the line and you ask about it, and the person goes "never used it" which they would feel terrible for; or bc it's considered clutter, and they are a major minimalist/want everything to "look" a certain way-- or even they have too much stuff, and they can't accept more gifts right now. I am guilty of this with my mom, who will offer various gifts that I know will go unused or won't rly be appreciated, and I don't want to feel that way, bc it feels like a disservice to my mother, so I tell her as kindly as I can, and always share what i actually want bc I know her love language is gifts and act of service related gifts.
