I do live here 😅- our rent does increase each year- a small amount. But I do love it here. I would see about the townhomes tho they aren’t too expensive ! And I will say after my 3rd year they replaced my carpet with laminate !

Are you opposed to buying a house? If not maybe consult with a realtor and see if there’s any way to get a mortgage within that price range. I know Lancaster county is expensive though 😩

Totally recommend Boyd Wilson properties (like this one)! I lived in one of their York complexes and had a great experience, and my sister lived in one of their Lebanon properties and also had zero issues. They’re great with maintenance and don’t (usually) have significant yearly increases!
