Eat slower so your brain can keep up with your body! If you eat too fast your brain can’t send full signals. And if you are peckish and are worried about binging it’s healthier to snack of vegetables first or fruits second instead of going for junk food!

I intermittently fast. So I don’t eat meal 1 until 11 am - 1 pm and meal 2 between 5-7 pm. I plan the meals to be quite large but within my calorie deficit. I “snack” on my meals. Like if I don’t eat my banana with meal 1 I’ll have it as a snack. It’s help me so much to give myself guidelines!
