For me, I think it's flow... simplicity and flow. I don't wanna push. I don't wanna try hard. I don't wanna compromise. I don't want to talk myself into anything. I don't want to over excert myself. I don't want to be wired. I don't want to do any of the such. I just want simplicity and flow. And, if that means reading, doing a puzzle, just watching a show, sitting in the quiet, playing records, sipping a drink, curled up on my couch....i'm good with that. It's like, I could...but, I'm not. And, that brings me joy 😊

Yep on HRT, at 56 years old just retired last year from 23 years of policing. Got new good corporate job and I am happy. Just wanna work, go to gym and come home to my man!

It’s a life changer ! I was sleeping 5 hours and night now I am sleeping 7 and a half hours! I wish I had started hrt long ago !

Same but different - 41 and on TRT, I feel like a machine, recovery is incredible, sleep is great, I feel human again after years of feeling like a slug. But I still want to be in bed by 9 and have zero plans on my weekends 😂👌

I’m on utrogest, estramon and T, sleep is not better. Exhausted all the time. I’ve lifted weights all my life and have a dog. Seems very difficult to reach a perfect combination of htr
