@trevor_bfit: Putting this out here to continue to hold myself accountable. In no way do I feel like anyone shouldn’t have a drink if they want one, I know it brings out the talkative and outgoing side of a lot of people. If you want to have a drink after work DO IT! I just didn’t like the direction my life was headed and I wanted to make a change. My life has been so full of peace and happiness since I quit drowning out my problems in alcohol and for the first time in my life I’m proud of myself.
