When I was looking for apartments, I signed up for Uber Eats to get access to the buildings to see how it was at night and on the weekends. I highly recommend it; you get a different experience from what you see during the day.

mariners village is at the corner of the harbor and beach. it’s like living in a treehouse but they are in the middle of renovating all the units. great amenities.

I just moved to Marina Harbor !! They have 3 complexes so there’s a lot of variety and options and the amenities unmatched (5 pools, 2 gyms, free parking spot, free bike and kayak rentals, discounted boat rentals, etc. plus they offer free Duffy rides to and from Trader Joe’s throughout the day on tuesdays lol)

Marina harbor 100%. It’s not cheap by regular standards but I couldn’t believe how much I was getting for the price. My SIL also lives in marina and paid like 1k more for the same # of bedrooms and bathrooms with bad amenities
