yes.. Base pay is to pay my bills ON time and not stress about rent coming up.. Side jobs/overtime is pure vacation fund and making sure my kids have and cats have a bougie extras. Plain and simple.

No facts. You either have to travel, agency, or pick up shifts. And honestly, those little shifts here and there really don’t hurt when you have so many days off. I don’t mind picking up here and there.
