@yogacoachsarah: Cow Face Pose legs focus on a deep stretch through the hips and outer thighs. Start seated and cross one leg over the other, stacking your knees as much as possible. Bring your feet in toward your hips and try to sit evenly on both sit bones. If the hips feel tight, sit on a block or cushion to stay lifted and supported. Keep your spine tall and breathe into the stretch without forcing the position. Move slowly and let the hips open over time.
