I LOVE THIS it's one of my favourite parts of shadow work. ive cord cut my ties with my harmful behaviours and patterns, my old ways of thinking (Odin guided me in that one) and ive cut ties with my relationship with my old self so that I can build a new one properly without bias of other people's opinion of me
