To be fair, your car is built with globally supplied parts and components, then precisely assembled locally. Your car easily adheres to all quality specifications and safety standards. Surely a house designed and built with similar industrial principles should be considered of good quality.

As long as building surveyor signs it & have certificate of occupancy, people’s mindset will change slowly. A house is a house - people just want peace of mind & then comfort. Remember decades ago where houses underneath transmission line were a taboo? Now there’s more acceptance. Give it time
