PSA The video barely covers it but you need a key for the doors for both the Shield and sword but there is only 1 key at the property so you have to pick or buy a universal from the shady guy. : Also there is a gold bar in the fire place worth 500 silver and a Good set of Gauntlets in one of the downstairs rooms be careful this house has people walking into it sometimes.

You don’t mention the Hwando rare ability… when you reinforce it on a grindstone it adds +5 attack but you can only do that 100 times in the game. As for other stats - that can be refined - and gear - they can be swapped out.
