When I come to Singapore each year I stay at the Royla Plaza on Scott's. I love getting out and visiting all these places. Try the pizza place i (R-Slice) in Paragon and get a Dr. Pepper to drink.

You can spend an entire day at orchard and you wont run out of things to do. Literally malls, malls, malls, interconnected with other malls and more malls.

Which is your favorite? Military aircraft insignia, often called roundels, were born from the chaos of World War I out of a desperate need to prevent friendly fire. 🇫🇷 France pioneered the circular design in 1912, inspired by their national cockade. The 🇬🇧 United Kingdom quickly adapted the concept but reversed the colors to red, white, and blue to maintain a distinct identity while flying alongside their allies. As air forces expanded globally, these symbols evolved to reflect unique national identities. In the Pacific theater during WWII, 🇦🇺 Australia removed the red center from its roundels to avoid being mistaken for the 🇯🇵 Japanese "Rising Sun." By 1956, they officially added the leaping red kangaroo. Similarly, 🇳🇿 New Zealand adopted the flightless Kiwi bird, and 🇨🇦 Canada integrated its iconic maple leaf to signal independence from traditional British templates. Design choices also reflect deep ideological and historical roots. 🇷🇺 Russia and 🇨🇳 China utilize the red star, with the Chinese version featuring specific characters representing August 1 to commemorate the founding of their military. 🇩🇪 Germany continues to use the Cross Pattée, a symbol of Prussian military heritage, while 🇵🇱 Poland stands out with its unique red and white checkerboard. These markings remain a fascinating intersection of physics, politics, and art. 💬 Want to see the symbols of another military branch? Let us know in the comments! 📝 Note: This is a limited selection; not all countries are included. Modern air forces also use low-visibility gray variants for camouflage. 🧿 𝗙𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘆𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 #aviation #airforce #military #militar #aircraft
