Idk if this helps but I have to have adalimumab jabs every 2 weeks for my Psoriatic Arthritis and they send me a pre loaded pen that goes in my thigh and injects itself. It just feels like a little pinch and then its done and you dispose of the whole pen in the sharps bin. Its so easy to do it yourself and it has to be kept refrigerated so the needle is cold and somehow helps. Idk if this is an option that you have access to with your own medication but it may be worth mentioning on your next appointment with your specialist. I hope its of some help & I wish you every luck in your journey to fight back against your immune system and Psoriasis
