I was recently diagnosed with epilepsy and now have a couple seizures like every week. It’s completely ruined my life, I hate waking up from one in pain and exhausted, my pants soaked cuz I loose bladder control and pee myself everytime, complete panic and anxiety, not knowing where I am etc. it’s like I literally can’t do anything now. I hope your doing okay though
