Yet around half of UK adults still regularly buy lottery tickets, while only about one in four actively invest in an ISA. One approach relies on luck. This concepts great but times the issue to the average Jo. It’s non refundable and nobody know their amount so the often want to live in the mean time. Probably doesn’t help either that if something does happen in the mean time their loved ones will be penalised for their planning and consistency.
