its okay if ur not in a religion, but remember, God knows EVERY single thing about you. he knows how many hairs lay on your head, he knows what you will do in the future before you even know it. He notices. He knows. And He loves you so much to the fact that He sent His one and only Son to be crucified on the cross for our sins, then to be resurrected 3 days later. Our God is so powerful, nothing is too impossible for Him! Please lean on Him, pray to him all your problems, and He will take the burden off your shoulders and give you the yoke of Christ, which is gentle and humble, and light. He loves you.

God sees everything. It hurts me too when someone doesn't help me get through it just because they know I can do it alone, but sometimes I need help. Now I have God by my side and no matter how hard it is, I rely on him. He always takes away my pain.

Human beings as a whole subconsciously don’t like letting people in on what we’re going through, so we act a completely different way than how we’re feeling. In order to be helped you need to put in the work as well, we can’t just expect things to happen, this causes emotions to spiral and leads to worse things down the road.
