@mollys.fitfoodnutrition: What I Ate For Dinner This Week As A Nutritionist On A Budget from @marksandspencerfood 🩷🛒🎉🍔🥑🍜 I share one of these every Friday to give you some easy and healthy dinner ideas on a budget so this is what I made this week!🥰 I asked on my poll where you wanted me to go and @marksandspencerfood came out on top! My car was in for service so I couldn’t go out but still wanted to get this up for you all so I actually ordered from @ocadouk which was my first time trying it and omg- I’m so impressed, the dates were amazing, it was sooo easy to use and I actually found it way easier to budget as I could see it at the top of the screen!!! Sooo impressed will definitely use it again 🎉 though I did miss having a look round the shops 🤣 As you know we have a £35 weekly budget for our dinners for the week, this week’s total came just slightly over that and served 2- I tried to be really savvy and use any bits we had left in the cupboard and see how I could make it as cheap as possible with the proteins & veg I used! 🥰 they all have a balance of protein, carbs, fibre and flavour and took no less than half an hour to prep so they’ve been perfect for busy nights after work too! 🥑🍔 we really enjoyed this week, they’ve been just what we fancied and really easy to make too!!! 🩷 Really hope you enjoy and if you like this then please give it a like and a share and follow along for more!🎉🥰🩷 Have a lovely weekend all, see you next week for another 5!
