Even people who granted asylum indefinitely by federal government itself are affected?

Safety is important. My father is a truck business owner, CDL holder, extremely careful with the business.

if you look behind the curtain I'm quite sure the driverless truck industry made vast political contributions to make these laws become enforced... if these new laws put even 10% of current drivers out of a job and new drivers do not immediately flood the industry and fill those positions, the cost of trucking will go up with the highest paid shippers being given first dibs on shipping. this will create a market influx that requires driverless trucks to be hired to fill the gap for that 10+of disqualified workers. this may increase CDL safety, but it is really a way to shut down CDL drivers and open the floodgates for driverless trucks to start filling the roadways. I promise that by November or December you're going to start seeing truck stops having fuel attendants to fuel driverless trucks.

A license allows them to obtain insurance. Creating uninsured drivers is not a good thing.
