as a Persian fellow myself I recommend you mix saffron, water, honey and or sugar, btw make sure it's either really hot or really cold water so the flavor can stick out and freeze it to make a nostalgic popsicle!! 😋 (back when we didn't know saffron was expensive and made this without telling our parents 🥲)
