here's what helped me: find something more important than coke. for me it was the gym. the urge to get to the gym on Saturday stopped me doing coke on Friday

I say over and over again… right I am done after this weekend, sort myself out and get money back in my account, weekend after and more than now and then week day, thing is that don’t help I can still function work, even tho I definitely shouldn’t be with what my work roll is, keep telling myself enough is enough tho I can’t keep going like this but the repeat button keeps been pressed

it's been a few months now and I cannot go on enough how much my life feels better. I do still crave at times but then my mind is there to tell me how I feel afterwards and what it's done to my life. No thank you..... A rum and coke followed by some anime is my bag right now on a friday. Sad maybe but I'm feeling happier in my life and hoping to make it even better over time.
