I nearly built this myself, what I ran into was I could not find a text to speech version of Jarvis that was meeting my standards, your Jarvis is exceptional. I'd appreciate the source on your text to speech model. your visuals on screen are nice enough for a lay user, you could update it to a thinking pattern as well, that's available from Claude API as far as I'm understanding, you may be able to pass Claude a personality level change so that it updates more frequently in place I've just at milestones honing this visualization into a near live representation of Claude thinking
