If the battery is anything like the My Q garage door keypad/camera etc…no thanks. For the price they sell these things for and the time it takes to charge the battery they should include 2 batteries at no additional cost.

It's incredible—the only thing I didn't like is that you have to pay an annual subscription for video storage ranging from $70 to $110.

I bought this lock. I still have to use the fingerprint the majority of the time bc face recognition is garbage. And you do need a subscription for camera monitoring. He’s being super misleading

The battery wears down faster if the lock doesn’t lock smoothly or if the WiFi connection isn’t great. What would be nice is to have a solar charger built in. Then I would buy them for my rental properties.
