I washed my hair once a week (shampoo and conditioner) but I conditioned it like 3-4 times a week for a year and my hair grew soooooooo much.

Loool just know your hair type and act accordingly. I wash my hair only twice a month and it’s longer than hers. Do what works for you.

Yes I wash mine every 3 days and deep condition all those times. My scalp feels fresh and easier to detangle it’s always moisturized too💐

2 x a week and deep condition once a week , I give my curls a break once a year by straightening and cutting ends .. my mid butt length! And she loves anything aloe and Honey! 😌🍯

I wash my hair weekly and honestly you can tell by day 4 that it needs a wash😭. Like hair needs to be washed frequently. Once you start washing frequently, you'll see that dirt actually accumulates easily on your hair.
