@morgandrinkscoffee: The brewer for when you really want to knock the socks off your dinner guests with a post-meal coffee service. A few tips: 1. I like using a 1:15 ratio on the siphon but sometimes adjust that based on what coffee I’m using. 2. Don’t be afraid to get funky with the coffees you use on it! I’ve had some incredible co-ferments and lighter roasted coffees on the siphon. 3. Always make sure to use oven mitts or a rag to handle the glass parts once the water is heated. This brewer gets toasty. 4. Don’t forget to hook in the cloth filter.
