On 7/22/24, officers with the Des Moines Police Department, Had a Warrant for the U S Marshalls to Pick up a Dealer named SERENITY MELTON GARZA. Her friend recently dropped her off at her apartment and officers question her before entering the apartment complex. She was brought to the Narcotics unit to be questioned about drug related offences. we can infer that she was questioned about her previous cases involving drugs. some of her previous charges include CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE VIOLATION, FAILURE TO AFFIX DRUG STAMP, TRAFFICKING IN STOLEN WEAPONS 1ST OFFENSE, and PERSON INELIGIBLE TO CARRY DANGEROUS WEAPONS. and you can see that all charges were dismissed. the only way all charges were to be dropped like that is if she started snitching on dealers.
