I won’t be out of the field. Until I absolutely have to be. I can work in the field and delegate. And do the office stuff. Exhausting yes absolutely. But I want my business to run smooth and not drop in quality and not have to get phone calls. If I’m in the field I can solve problem in person instead of over the phone. And my customers love seeing me in the field with my guys. To each their own but being out of the field isn’t what I want for me

It’s all how you delegate your time you can still be in the field. I’m on my 20th year of my Landscape company and I’m still actively in the field working with the guys and we are grossing 14 million a year they don’t know that stay as humble as you can. Don’t drive fancy trucks laugh all the way to the bank. I can retire right now if I wanted to, and my kids would never have to work again, but I enjoy what I do . I don’t need no salesman or me sitting in the office customers like good work fast work honest work that’ll take you a long way

People want 100% from employees like they can produce. They want Quality & speed without any loss of either. If your replacements can hit 80% of your mark, that’s the goal. 80% of something else done by someone else is 100% awesome!
