i have maladaptive daydreaming since i was a teen. its been 8/9 years. i have a tendency to escapism because i feel so unhappy in my reality. i am so tired and it feels like i'm wasting my life. i am 22 right now, and back then i thought that i would have a different life, guess i was wrong 😔

amazing video as always! I always think about the last part you mentioned, ‘withdrawal’ and a rich internal world can be great if it’s used productively to convey artistry, but not so much if it becomes pathological 🤍🤍🤍
