People expect too much from colleagues. In showbiz or at a regular office job they are still just colleagues. They can ask how you are but they dont owe you support in mental health. Thats what family, friends and therapists are for.

While it would’ve been nice to get that from costars or writers, that kind of support usually has to come from close friends and family. I’m sorry, but no one is responsible for that. People are aloud to have boundries. Her LOVED ONES aren’t even obligated but it is more of their role to provide that level of love and support to her in that state.

She had a small part on the show for one season. It’s not her employers job to look out for her sadly. That’s just how it is. If she was one of the main characters they actually needed then that would be another story. Hope she’s doing better
