I have spinal stenosis & bulging discs in cervical spine. The knots in my back are painful both upper & lower. Sometimes this helps but it’s not a long term solution. I use heat along with massage. But it always reoccurs.

Why even with regular session will the tension never really go away? It’s intense and painful and effects other areas depending on the level of tightness.
