I really needed to hear this💯..I always feels guilty when I cant help someone 🥰💯..I've decided this year after having Cancer last year that I need to protect my energy..I need to protect my feelings....I must learn to say NO... I've always gave my all to friends and family...but last year I saw who is there when you at the bottom and who is there when you on top....😳 Sad but True💯
