Heat olive oil in a large one-pot pan over medium heat. 2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. 3. Add cubed fermented tofu, cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned. 4. Stir in turmeric, black pepper, and paprika. 5. Add chopped leafy greens and cooked chickpeas, cook until greens wilt, about 2-3 minutes. 6. Add soy sauce and stir well to combine. 7. Cook for another 2 minutes to heat through. 8.
