Hulk essentially has 5 models that they need to make the skin adapt to. There’s his Bruce form, transforming into and out of Hulk, Hulk, transforming in and out of the Ult, and the ult. Each of these stages have unique versions of the skin applied to them, it doesn’t change statically either. Characters like Luna and Jeff have one model with no transformation aspect to worry about. That said they need to give us more hulk skins

Hulk has 3 models that they have to design for each skin. Same reason out of all the top healers CD has the least skins even tho they still have many. Hulk skins are obviously more expensive to make but they have to be priced the same as any other skin

Hulk, CnD, and Mr. Fantastic will always suffer because of the fact their kit changes their model. Every hulk skin is 3, every CnD skin is two, and every reed skin will get distorted every time he uses an ability.
