rent prices need to be regulated asap. finance people recommend to not pay more than 1/3 of your income. therefore there is where the legal limit should be. max 1/3 of minimum wage for a big studio.

Stuff like that makes me appreciate my landlord a bit.... They arent great with maintenance or replacing thing, but im about to sign our 3rd year, and our rent hasnt gone up at all. 2600 for a 3 bedroom 2 bath split level house, on like 6 acres, with a huge garage, and we can keep our horses here. And they do at least get important things fixed quickly, like the furnace

we all need to buy houses together or something. my rent goes up 5% a year, every year, no maintenance, but of course can't move cause everything has skyrocketed in price so my apartment is considered "cheap"
