1. Bodyweight (and weighted) Pull-ups/Chin-ups of all different variations builds larger and strong back. Also, during pull-ups you strengthen your core, biceps, and forearms a lot. (like a HELL lot) 2. Work your pull-ups daily, if you want to work on your pull-up capacity and strength. It will builds your back bigger than you expect. You just need a system. 3. Pulling the bar down, instead of pulling yourself up can be a useful hack to better use your strange and be more focused to pull harder. (this is only a mindset thing) 4. Drillsthenics, are you serious rigt now? ... You want to tell me that there's more Core activity in pull-ups than actually my Back?!! .... Yes, the core engagement is really the highest of all muscle groups worked in pull-ups. That DOESN'T mean, you not work your back muscles enough. You just need your core to stabilize the body for right movement during each good rep. The better your core, the better pull-ups you have. Strength is built with system.
