I have a similar mosspole but it keeps drying out completely. When I water it from the top, the water never reaches to the bottom or anywhere really. Anyone any tips?

Hallo zusammen, hat jemand eine Ahnung, was ich machen kann? Meine Monstera ist in alle Richtungen gewachsen und fällt fast um. Ich würde sie gerne mehr in die Höhe wachsen lassen, damit sie ordentlicher aussieht. Außerdem hätte ich gerne nur große Blätter – kann ich die kleinen einfach abschneiden oder wie gehe ich am besten vor?
