LMFAO!!! You can't lock on with heat from more than a few miles out, it used radar, then homed with heat, which is a decades old method. The fact that the F 35 had no idea that a missile was coming from either the radar lock or from the missile just approaching and the MWS picking it up, is proof that it's a overpriced piece of shit

Heat sink is old tech. They used flairs to confuse them. Now they developed tech to track certain things to track the jet vs flairs. All they need to do is change the flairs so that it more closely resembles the jet engine
