That’s the center cowl drain, and the hose with it is the ac drain, both get plugged or one or the other and cause the passenger floorboard to get wet, same setup as dodge Avenger too, had the ac drain clog on the family avenger and it caused the floor to get wet and I thought it blew a heater core at first

I had a 07 2.4 220k miles. Everything was broke and sounded like shit but still ran. Coolant elbow and battery sucked doing.
