“Rear delts will get hit in rows” is like saying triceps will get hit in presses. If you want rear delts to pop for aesthetics, cable crossovers will do the job

You don’t prioritze arms because you said you got pretty developed ones. If your arms are lacking, how would you program PPL? Put arms first or instead of 1 exercise for Bis and tris, you do 2 exercises?

Why are u not holding the bar/cable in the forearm exercise? Doesn‘t it take preassure of your forearms and just work more with the brachialis

Im thinking of switching to 3 sets in volume, and not go to failure on the first sets. What do you think? I remember Jeff Nippard showing some studies on more volume being good. And I think I can recover. Maybe I can have 3 sets volume on the first upper of the week, and 2 sets of volume the second? Thoughts?
