This is gonna get the makeup off your brushes and is good for a quick clean if you want to switch products while during your makeup, but if you want them clean you absolutely need to use soap.

If this is very similar to the cinema secrets, do not soak your brushes too far up because the liquid can dissolve the glue inside the brushes that holds it together. At least that’s what secrets does. Some of my old Morphy Jeffree star brushes are no longer in commission because they were cleaned with the cinema secrets. I didn’t know this and they fell apart.
