I use coconut oil, baking soda, homemade powdered egg shells (save, bake, crumble, and then grind in coffee grinder), and then mint extract (for cooking/baking) to flavor it.

That’s a good recipe, but you’re using shit oils. Those are not therapeutic grade. They will not have the effect that you’re going for. They’re filled with fillers. Check your clove oil. It will say not for internal use. Clove oil should be able to be taken internally in small doses. If it says that it’s not for internal use, it’s good for fragrance only. When ordering your oils, you can look at the label on the bottle before you order it. You don’t have to go with those crazy MLM companies either.
