Both had a strong sense of justice and empathy for the weak and wronged, both had members of their families taken away from them, both have a deep rage that is only tempered by their compassion. I love them

They are not the same. Dany fled her home as a baby and grew up in shadows with assassins after her because she was the last living heir, she had spent all her life scared and only remembered bits of what it was like to be a child because she was sold off to a warlord. Katara chose to go with Aang because wanted adventure, when she found out he was the avatar she wanted to help him rise to defeat Ozai. Daenerys grew to become the leader of great armies and build cities that would be flourishing in peace, Katara helped the savior of the world by being a mentor. I get the idea of editing them together, but you cannot compare them when one of them was defiled, sold and abused before knowing the true meaning of leadership and the other a person who was willing to help because she wanted to, not because she was forced to.
