We just got over the 4month regression. It was rough 😂 Hang in there Momma! My LOs first nap is 2 hours, and second and third are only 30-40min. She’s sleeping now from 6/7pm- 8/9am.

My baby does the 40 min nap thing but I let him squirm (not cry) for 10 min put his paci back in and then the sleeps another 40
