This is probably not great for your teeth jf you do it constantly but I bite the flat back between my teeth and then just use my hand to get the ball off; you can also use a shirt between your fingers if it’s slipping

my eyebrow ball was stuck for literally 4 months straight, i tried silicone gloves, pliers, duct tape, everything. what helped me was soaking it in water as hot as i could stand it and quickly changing the water out as soon as it got cold (i used a shot glass for this) and it got the ball loose. the jewlery was stripped so i had to cut it off with wire cutters anyways but it should help!

i grip the bar w the pliers and use gloves or like a shirt with the plastic ish prints on them over my fingers to twist the ball

You have to hold the bar from the inside of your mouth and twist it w ur other hand that’s what I did

The very end of the pliers (closest to the handle) are cutters. Be careful but atp just cut it off. I’ve done it before

when i use a shirt it works better sometimes! twist it for like five mins and try nudging it back and forth to see if theres any progress- each direction!!

there are kits with piercing clamps that work well. i also use latex gloves for grip bc it’s a mouth piercing and ur saliva in fact does affect it. like i HAVE to use gloves when i change my tongue piercing its not gonna work any other way for me. i have my monroe piercing and its a pain in the ass to change but i found those tiny clamps to clamp the bar and then use gloves to unscrew the ball is the easiest way. if u use flat backs perhaps, dont change the bar it might irritate. just swap the top out, at least thats what i do 😄

what works for me (and this is really impractical but it works) i hold the jewelry completely still with my fingers on the INSIDE of my mouth, i then put gloves on (or alternatively dry your hands out as much as possible) and unscrew it. it won’t come off because the bar is twisting too so if you stop it from moving from the inside you should be able to actually get a grip on it. i hope this helps cause it always works for me lol😭
