drives me nuts when they list things wrong. its 4 bedrooms, not 5. just because there is an empty room thats not a living or dining room downstairs does not automatically make it a bedroom 🙄🙄

I saw a house in a very good location , decent price but the pictures on right move were absolutely horrific kitchen in complete mess, rooms cluttered everything was a complete mess and you can tell nobody was interested and after viewing the house it was still complete mess the estate agent kept saying it’s great but you can tell they just didn’t advertise very well.

You’re assuming it’s been listed with the intention to sell but I’ve seen so many listings similar to this where the couple who purchased have split and the one doesn’t want to sell, but by going to market at a ridiculous price with bad photos, they can say it’s at least “up for sale” and it’s not their fault if nobody wants to buy. I even tried to put an offer in at asking price and was told I were wasting my time by the agent because the woman had no intention of moving.

We’ve just had a 3 bed semi bungalow go up for 280 on our street. We bought our 5 bed semi on the second biggest plot on the street for 270 last summer… think the sellers in for a shock
