Di dalam dada ada "pabrik batin" yang isinya 3 unsur utama: *Latifah, Rasa, Nafsu*. Ketiganya saling tarik-menarik. Mau naik ke Allah atau turun ke bumi, tergantung siapa yang kita kasih makan. *1. 7 LATIFAH = 7 "Titik WiFi" ke Allah* Latifah = bagian halus/lathif di tubuh batin. Ibarat antena. Kalau diisi dzikir, nyambung ke Allah. Kalau kotor, sinyalnya putus. *Letak + fungsinya :* 1. *Lathifatul Qolbi* - Dada kiri 2 jari: Pusat iman. Kalau bersih = ngerasain "Allah Maha Dekat" 2. *Lathifatur Ruhi* - Dada kanan 2 jari: Pusat cinta. Isinya = rindu ke Allah + Nabi 3. *Lathifatus Sirri* - Dada tengah: Pusat rahasia. "Aku kenal Tuhanku lewat Tuhanku". Ini puncaknya *3. 7 LAPISAN NAFSU = 7 "Tangga Turun-Naik"* Nafsu bukan musuh Teh. Nafsu itu kendaraan. Kalau nggak dikendalikan = nabrak. Kalau dilatih = nganter ke surga. Qur'an urutin dari bawah ke atas QS Yusuf 53, QS Qiyamah 2, QS Fajr 27: 1. *Ammarah bissu'* = Nyuruh jelek terus. "Males sholat, yuk maksiat" 2. *Lawwamah* = Suka nyalahin diri. "Astaghfirullah, kok gue gitu lagi". Ini udah mulai sadar 3. *Mulhimah* = Dapat ilham kebaikan. Hati mulai lembut, suka sedekah 4. *Muthmainah* = Jiwa tenang. "Cukup Allah". Nggak gampang kecewa dunia 5. *Radhiyah* = Ridho sama takdir. Dikasih sakit pun "Alhamdulillah" 6. *Mardhiyah* = D ridhoi Allah. Hidupnya jadi berkah buat orang lain 7. *Kamilah* = Nafsu sempurna. Akhlaknya udah kayak Nabi. Ini target akhir *RUMUSNYA : "Saat latifah diisi dzikir..."* Catatan bawah gambar itu intinya Teh: *Latih Latifah pake Dzikir + Rasa jernih + Nafsu naik* = Jalan pulang ke Allah lancar *Latifah kotor karena Ghaflah + Maksiat* = Rasa gelap + Nafsu anjlok ke Amarah Makanya amalan TQN fokus 2 hal: 1. *Dzikir Jahar + Khafi* = buat ngecas 7 Latifah 2. *Muhasabah + Akhlak* = buat ngangkat 7 Nafsu *Kesimpulan buat kita:* Kita nggak bisa langsung loncat ke "Sirrun" atau "Kamilah". Bertahap Teh. Hari ini latifah qolbi kita isi 1x istighfar = itu udah naik setingkat.
