True once we had a driver,people were treating him as stupid and he used that to his advantage, I can't remember which year but we were given the 27Dec as holiday that driver never reported for work on the 2nd of Jan and when the supervisor asked ,he said I thought we were given that day too and the supervisor was so annoyed but said nothing.
