Maybe one garage can be closer to the kitchen? I’d really hate the back and forth after coming back from grocery shopping. Also, isn’t it just better to have a double storey? Out of curiosity what’s the sqms here?

First of all . I’m still looking for the entrance of this house? Where is it? 2. Why is there is whole lounge in the master bedroom that’s a waste of space. My opinion: this could easily be a 4 bedroom house with a separate laundry and entertainment room for the kids. There is a lot of wasted space here. Just my 2 cents worth😏

The windows in the middle family room are too small for an enclosed room.. Garage is too far away from the kitchen. I would also switch the dining room with the lounge for convenience of moving food from the kitchen to the dining room easily. Otherwise, the concept it great. 😍
